Bonnie here is ready for her new home! Bonnie may be a familiar face for those that follow the centre or are involved with us. She came back to us after being in her home for a couple of years under absolutely no fault of her own. Unfortunately, her lovely owner found herself unwell and no longer able to give Bonnie the care and attention she needs, so the very difficult decision was made to return her to us. Bonnie is a slightly older gal at 7 years old, but she truly deserves her second chance at forever.

She is a sweet girl and loves a fuss, but like many cats, on her own terms. She seeks attention and merrily chirps away to gain your attention, but will happily remove herself when she’s had her fill. Though this may well change in a home environment where she is settled and has a steady routine and a familiar face to greet her every morning. Bonnie is a chunky girl, so she could do to lose a little bit of weight to carry on living a healthy life. We’ve had her on a diet at the centre, and this would need to continue in her new home so she can live life to its full potential!

We believe Bonnie would be best suited to a home where children are older (16+) who understand that she’ll let you know when she’s had enough fussing and leave her be. Bonnie also isn’t a fan of other cats and she hasn't lived with dogs, so we believe she’d thrive as the only pet in the home.
