Dearest Jessie, our 2 year old semi long haired Queen, is ready to find her people who can help her understand that the world isn’t such a scary place.
Jessie has flourished in her time with us here at the Centre, though she is still a little timid. She enjoys interaction and affection in her own time and doesn’t like to be rushed, she is appreciative of those who respect her space and her boundaries by allowing her to approach and initiate contact. Jessie is quite vocal however and will happily talk to you about her day- we all need to vent occasionally!

Jessie has shown interest in playing with toys, particularly string toys, but playtime will need to be introduced into her new environment slowly as she is still wary and can be startled by quick movement. She is a gentle soul that needs to be given time and space to truly come out of herself.
We feel Jessie would benefit from a quiet, adult-only home with no children, where she can settle at her own pace without being overwhelmed.
Jessie can share a home with another friendly and laidback cat as long as slow and positive introductions are made.
