Meet Wilson, our 3 year-old, 3 legged chap!
Wilson was found straying and was being taken care of by people living in the local area. They had noticed one of his back legs seemed to be in a sorry state and was causing him a lot of issues. Wilson has only more recently had his leg amputated. While he is still learning to ambulate on 3 legs, he continues to grow in confidence and is adapting well!
Wilson greets familiar people with soft meows and gentle chirps, eager for attention and companionship. Wilson loves his fuss, especially around his head and ears. He likes to roll around in bed and receive lots of fuss from you. He can be uncertain in new environments, as we all can be, but he takes new situations in his stride and proves he can be brave and muscle through.
We believe Wilson will be able to live with another laid-back friendly cat who won’t be in his face a lot whilst he gains his confidence and strength of his remaining back leg.
Wilson will be able to live with cat-savvy children 10+ who understand the need to be gentle and respectful to Wilson and his three legs.
