Carol is a beautiful 3-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel who is ready to start the next chapter of her life in a loving forever home.

Carol came into our care via the RSPCA Inspectorate after being rescued from an active puppy farm. As a result, she has had very little exposure to what most of us would consider a “normal” family life. Because of this, Carol will need a patient and understanding home that can support her and allow her to transition at her own pace into being a cherished family pet.

Despite her difficult start, Carol is a truly friendly girl who absolutely adores people. She thrives on fuss, attention, and affection, and loves nothing more than spending time with her humans. She is lively, fun-loving, and happy to meet new human friends, greeting everyone with enthusiasm and a wagging tail.

Although she hadn’t experienced much of the world before coming into kennels, Carol is really embracing new adventures. She enjoys her walks, loves being out and about exploring new environments, and takes great delight in sniffing and taking everything in. She travels well in the car and is beginning to show her playful side, engaging nicely with toys and enjoying interactive play with her carers.

Carol is looking for a home where she won’t be left alone for long periods, as people are her comfort and joy. She would be best suited as the only pet in the home and is looking for a family with dog-savvy children aged 12 and over who can understand her need for space, kindness, and reassurance.
