Cookie is a lovable three-year-old British Bulldog with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Friendly and affectionate, she thrives on human interaction and enjoys being involved in daily life. Whether she’s greeting you with enthusiasm or leaning in for a cuddle, Cookie loves being close to her people.
She has a fun, playful side and is known for her excited bursts of “zoomies,” bringing plenty of laughter to those around her. She also enjoys playing with toys and searching out treats, making her a joy to engage with. Alongside this, Cookie has a gentle, calm nature and is just as happy relaxing by your side, soaking up fuss and attention.
Cookie enjoys short walks where she can explore at her own pace, taking in all the interesting sights and smells. She walks nicely on her harness and has a good understanding of her basic commands. A harness is an important tool for brachycephalic breeds and is better for their welfare. She will need help toilet training in the home.
She is looking for a home with owners who are familiar with the Bulldog breed and understand her needs.
Cookie would prefer to be the only pet in the home. While she can tolerate other dogs, she may react if they are, so she will do best in a calm, dog-free environment. That isn’t to say that in the future she wouldn’t be able to be around other dogs, but to set her up for success she is best being the only pet for now. She also isn’t suited to being left alone for long periods and would love a home where she has plenty of company.
Cookie can live with children aged eight and over and would make a wonderful, affectionate companion for the right family. She’s ready to find her happily ever after - could it be with you?
