Laura is a sweet 8-month old girl, who has come on leaps and bounds since arriving in our cattery! Laura arrived in our care after living alongside a large number of cats. This means she likely we have had very little socialisation and she will need some special consideration when moving to her forever home.
Laura was a little bit worried when she first came in, however she has now really started to love receiving affection, leaning in to ask for more and purring her head off! With a calm approach, she will welcome you, and she often enjoys to be held whilst you are giving her some love. If you’re lucky, she may even make some biscuits on your lap!
Laura has not been observed playing on her own much, but she plays wonderfully with her siblings. She is a curious girl who we are sure will thrive in a home environment, and really come into herself as she is given lots of time to settle in.
Laura definitely prefers a calmer environment – she isn’t a fan of loud noises and is usually resting in one of her beds during busier periods. When she feels comfortable, she is relaxed, playing with her siblings in her pod, and watching the world go by outside.
Laura would make a great companion for another cat, she gets along great with her siblings, who often play together. However, she is very frightened by dogs, so she cannot live alongside them. Any children in the home should be aged 10 and above, and cat-savvy, as she can be a little bit worried sometimes.
