Meet Badger!

Badger is a gorgeous 5-year-old Husky-cross with a gentle, playful personality. She has been in our care for some time and is now ready to find a home to call her own. During her time with us, Badger has lost some excess weight and is now at a healthy, active weight, new owners will need to help her maintain this.
Badger is looking for a pet-free, mature home, with children aged 16+. She thrives on company and enjoys being around people. Badger will need owners who can gradually teach her it’s okay to be left alone for short periods.

She loves her walks and exploring the local area with staff and our fabulous volunteers. While she walks nicely on a lead and harness and travels well in the car, she will need some continued recall training before being safely let off-lead.

In a kennel setting, Badger hasn’t been particularly vocal, but she may discover her “singing voice” in a new home! Her gentle nature and playful personality have made her a firm favourite with everyone who meets her, and she truly is a joy to be around.

We do not facilitate walk - a - rounds of our site and animal viewings are by appointment only, in line with our adoption procedure (see the Adopt Page) and must start with a successful application.
