Meet Pea, our sweet crossbreed girl who is looking to find her happily ever after!
Pea is 18 months old and is looking for a family who will understand that she will need a slow approach to everyday things, due to her being a little unsure and unsettled when she first came to us. She is a little nervous upon being introduced to you, but once you win her around with a treat and offers of some pets, she soon comes around!
Pea has come on leaps and bounds since being in our care, gaining confidence every day! She enjoys going for walks offsite with various different volunteers. She has also spent a night in a house with a member of staff and she was curious and inquisitive in her surroundings. She loves human company and interactions with you, and she loves when you play with her! She has potential for lots and lots of zoomies in her future!
Pea is still a little unsure in the car, and she will need teaching that it okay to be left alone in a slow way. She will need someone who is around during the day to help her adjust to her new environment, and to help her explore new situations, places and people in her own time. Once she feels comfortable, her true personality shines through – she is a happy girl who is full of energy and will be a great companion!
We are wanting to rehome Pea to an adult only home, due to her still being a little unsure of some scenarios and because we believe she will need a lot of time and energy. She also needs to be the only pet in the home for similar reasons!
