Simon is a gorgeous 9-week-old Jack Russell Terrier puppy with a bright personality and plenty of energy! He is clever, quick to learn and, like many Jack Russells, lively and inquisitive.

He is at the perfect age to start building those all-important foundations. His new family should be ready to focus on socialisation, basic obedience and positive training, while providing plenty of mental stimulation to keep his clever mind occupied and prevent mischief!

Simon would love an active family who can enjoy outdoor adventures with him and introduce him to lots of different sights, sounds, environments and experiences from a young age. Continued positive socialisation with other dogs will also be important.

He wouldn't enjoy being left alone for long periods and is looking for a home where someone is around for most of the day.

Jack Russells are little hunters at heart, with a naturally high prey drive and a love of chasing. His family should understand these breed traits and help him learn appropriate behaviours as he grows. With their intelligence and enthusiasm, Jack Russells can also thrive in canine sports.

Simon could potentially live with another dog following introductions at the centre, a dog-savvy cat and children aged 6+.

Simon has had his first vaccination; his adopter will need to arrange his second vaccination. He will be rehomed with a neutering voucher towards the cost of the procedure when he is old enough. He is also up to date with flea and worm treatment, microchipped and has been given a clean bill of health by our vet.
